Board For Our Heroes

It has been a great honor to share the water with our heroes but how awesome would it be if we could provide a board so they can continue their journey? It is with this thought the “Board For Our Heroes” program took shape. You can look at “Board” as a paddleboard or as a Verb. With this in mind, as you go out and paddle do so for our Heroes…

Aaron Lugo

Aaron was the first recipient of the Board For Our Heroes program. We presented the board to him on 21JUL2020. He is an Army Veteran, Combat Veteran, and a close friend. Over the past year we have gotten to know him well and it has been incredible seeing the impact the community and being on the water has had in his life.

AJ Vigen

AJ was the second recipient of the Board For Our Heroes program. We presented the board to him on 22NOV2020. He serves with the Kent Country Sheriff’s Office. We have had the honor of paddling with AJ several times through the summer, seeing the impact first hand has been powerful.
